Since there have been several accepted bios for humans, I thought I'd post up a thread for everyone to discuss possible thread/game ideas. I'm open for anything with Chris, but this thread can be used to plot any bigger ideas that anyone may have for interactions between Na'vi and humans or just within the compound itself.

Well this isn't anything to earth shatteringly deep--but what about having a thread with some Avatar training? I don't know plot-wise if this would be necessary or not--but it might be a way to get some of the humans with Avatars involved in a thread.
Just a suggestion--perhaps something much more exciting will come to me later.

I like that idea, I'd throw Dutch in for certain.
Another idea- my Olo'eyktan and the Itami are still on the edge of their opinions on the humans, perhaps a good will mission to the Itami camp/ a powwow between the humans and the Itami could be interesting...
A more excited idea... what if a thanator got into the compound somehow, and the humans outside of their avatars need to try to survive :OOOO

Agreed. Gives us a chance to roleplay getting familiarised, training, and just generally being in Avatar form. Plenty of fun for all!

Alright, the training seems like a popular idea. Since Malandra is heading the organization, perhaps she can be the one who is in charge of the exercise? Or if not, a more seasoned person who is a part of the team (That came in on the first shuttle six months ago).

Heh-- I think Zeke is the only one aside from Malandra who doesn't have an avatar, so perhaps he'll be providing witty commentary in the background. Or perhaps drop a vial containing one of the viruses he's supposed to be treating and cause an outbreak. Might be an interesting metaplot later down the line. ; )

Sharon doesn't have an avatar either, but she does have an entomopter. If anyone has a place for something like that I'm game for it. Otherwise I'll just go spy on the Ikran and their riders and probably get eaten by Toruk (random though: how pissed would the Na'vi get is a human killed Toruk? I can't imagine anything quiet...).
The virus idea would be interesting and very easy to build a plot around. However, you could even put a further twist on it and have the virus be something like the common cold. Very benign...to humans...

not officially a human yet, but if I can get my Layla finished, she's a psychologist and will want to be studying all of you! MUAHAHAHAHA!
okay...nix the evil laugh, but she is there to study both human adaption to the planet (mentally and emotionally speaking) as well as the Na'vi culture (yay sociology!)...not to mention she'll likely be pulling you all in for semi-regular mental/emotional wellness (threads, yay!) since the stress of being on the planet cant be anything small. After all, we're not in Kansas any more Toto...and there's stuff trying to eat us for lunch out there! Not to mention those crazy natives!
Side note:
My Na'vi, Liyani, has already made one trip to the edge of the forest to meet with Doctor Roland and quite a few people saw her. So if any of you wanna jump on that as a topic of conversation with either myself (Liyani or Layla --pending acceptance--) or Lat (Roland) PM one of us
(okay yeah i'm offering roland and I shouldn't be, but....that's why the pm...to ask for threadage. he's gonna be busy now he's back in school so his time and posts will be pretty spaced out)
