Digimon Forum Role Play or DFRP for short is a site focusing on role playing in the Digimon Universe. The site has been around for quite a few years already and it takes pride in being among if not the most active Digimon role playing sites on the internet and we have a broad and active user base complete with active staff, both very friendly and helpful. When joining the site, you are able to create three types of characters. You can be a Tamer/Digidestined, a lone Digimon or a human using spirits for digivolution. You are free to choose whatever Digimon you please, either an official canon Digimon or even make up your own! The Digivolution lines are customizable, which means you can really create a unique combination and distinguish yourself on the forum. Many of us use an original custom Digimon in one form or another, the site owner being a prime example. Some on the other hand like to do a mix between canon and customs. It’s all up to you really.
There is a minimum posting length of 2 paragraphs. However, longer posts are both allowed and encouraged by everyone on the forum. The site is very easy to get into no matter if you are already an experienced role player or starting out. There is constantly a site-wide plot going on and you are free to participate if you wish. If the main plot doesn’t interest you have no fear! You can create a sub-plot of your own for other members to participate in or join one which has already been established. The possibilities are literarily almost endless. Your adventures will range all the way from the real world to the digital world. Don’t expect to be easily bored! There is always something going on somewhere. You just have to find it and be willing to participate.
For those who like the Digimon anime or watched it years ago when it aired, I'm sure that you'll love this forum. Come and pay us a visit! Our CBox is very active and you almost always find someone there to talk with. If no one is around, wait 15-30 minutes and you can be quite sure that someone comes on. Being an international site has its benefits.
