Hiyo-- found the site via the magical Google and was compelled to join in. Sounds like this will be a great game!
I was wondering if it's possible to play a medical officer accompanying the team, or are we looking strictly at scientists / security at the moment?

My character, Malandra Ramakrishna, is a medical doctor, so I don't think having one more would hurt. XD It's up to our admins, though.

Yeah, I had a question as well about this, since I was thinking of bringing my Doctor/Medic/Healer to this site, but if more doctors aren't needed I may put him on hold for now.

Hell's wells, I feel dense-- I read the bottom of Malandra's bio and figured she was an administrator. My bad. With all the medical-types crawling out of the woodwork, I might back off and fill some other needed gap. Like mechanic or site supervisor. The present characters may be smart, badass, etc. but who's going to step in when the toilet leaks?  |

Mechanics would be real handy I'd think- I'm kinda hoping one of my best friends gets his character in here as well <<

With a total staff of around two hundred people, it's safe to say there are likely to be several medical personnel on board. Of course, mechanics and the like are welcome too, though it's important to keep in mind that there are a limited amount of humans allowed on Pandora at the moment.
