In case it should come up: Since the Rokure are pretty isolated, and this is all recent,
do they (I) know yet that some humans have landed again and are "back"?

Yes. All of the main tribes are aware that humans are on Pandora. Information about the timeline and clan interaction with the humans can be found in the Laws of the Land forum. Individual clan information can be found in the Bestiary.
