Eden's Academy

dear mom and dad,
[/size]Things are becoming tense here at the academy. Times are changing and the attacks seem to be moving closer. The headmaster gave a speech yesterday, saying how all who wanted to leave could do so, well you may be waiting for me now, but I'm still here. I couldn't leave them here alone. Running isn't an option anymore. The only choice we have now is to fight. I am staying. I will miss you and always love you. This might be the last letter you get from me for a while, but don't worry. The head master has us training like never before. Wish me luck. I'll be fine.love,

Tucked away in the country side of France is a beautiful castle that once belonged to a women named Eden. Her husband died sortly after she gave birth to their son. She named him James, after his father, and dedicated her life to educating him. He was a brilliant boy and very special to her. But little did she know, he was special to many other people as well.
One night she awoke with a start to him sitting in her room, staring at her. Eden's son predicted of a hard time for all with the unnatural powers that he had adapted from his father. Eden, not knowing what else to do, consalted James' brother. Soon the story was out.
Eden's own husband had powers he never shared with her. He had been what his brother discribed as a Seer. He could see lights and other things that most of us cant. Most artists that had been born were gifted with Seeing.
But now, here she was, with a list of things her son could do, but nothing saying he should be able to do all of these gifts and have yet another.
She studied her husband's writings he never shared with her, looking for an answer as to what her son may be.
But found nothing to prevail from her search.
Years went by and James was becoming gifted in ways never imaginable. He had a strong sense of nature but also a gift for art. He could see things no one else could see and dream things no one else could dream.
James was the first recorded Seeker in their time. There were others before him, but none had been able to harness the control like he did. He knew what he was, but he couldn't share it with his mother. It was forbidden of him, even if she practically knew.
By the time she did find out, James was a man of thirty, with a wife and two children of his own and she was a frail old woman. She died knowing what her son was. James was the founder of Eden's Academy. He named it after his mother for the years she spent trying to find what he was. The Academy is now the largest and most popular Academy throughout the entire mystic world. It is used to teach students to harness their connection between themselves and their powers. Without the Academy, many power-filled people today wouldn't be where they were without their harnest power.
The Laws of the Unnatural.
1) You may never tell a human you have powers, no matter how important they are.
2) You may never reveal your powers to a human.
3) You may never reveal your powers to a witch or wizard.
4) You may not use your powers against another power.
