Diplomatic Positions?

Does this mean that there are Diplomatic positions for the humans as well? I didn't see them listed so I thought I should ask.

I think it was more a case of scientists who also have experience with or a history in dealing with diplomatic relations. It's not really a main function, as the primary objective of the mission to Pandora is a scientific one. If you're interested in making a character who was privy to that particular event, feel free; just make sure to list their scientific qualifications as their main rank.
