My only major note would be the circumstances of Alaque's birth, or rather a few of the details within it. Firstly is the fact that, while parents may often seek to guide their child to a particular mate, no Na'vi is forced to bond with a mate he or she does not truly desire. They are always afforded the right to say no. More importantly, perhaps, is the fact that a pair whose desire to become mates has been approved by Eywa gain a physical resemblance to one another. This is so other Na'vi can tell a mated pair at a glance. In this case, familial resemblance might be enough of a cover for that, but that depends on how much the pair looked like one another to begin with. What kept other Na'vi from noticing this resemblance and asking after it?
Which leads to the biggest issue: when two Na'vi join queues, Eywa can and will reject a mating bond if the two Na'vi are not destined to be mates. Though it is never explicitly stated in any official document that I can find, I am inclined to believe that this is one of the primary ways the Na'vi do prevent rampant inbreeding, since each clan seems of a fairly healthy distance away from its nearest neighbor. Why, then, would Eywa allow such a mating bond to be formed? And if she does, then why would the other Na'vi question her choice on the matter? There is little they can do about it if Eywa has given her blessing.
